As stated in the above figure, the packaging wastes from the plant are firstly stored appropriately, the product is cleaned and decomposed to bring the product into a clean and convenient way. After storage, it is stored in the temporary storage area after packing.

Control Unit
The production process of the machine sets in here .turning on/off, resistance temperature control, screw pressure, speed and speed settings, environment, heating and space settings are controlled in this unit. It is the part of the machine which is the production machine.
Features of Screw Extruder
The granule extruder, which is the main part of the recycling line, is the most important unit that serves as the granule of waste plastics. The granule extrusion unit consists of 3 main areas
- Feeding zone
- Compression zone (exhaust gas removed from this area)
- Measuring and pumping sections
Filtration, Cooling and Cutting Unit
Filtering Unit: The control unit in the extruder machine melts the plastic in the shaft sleeve unit,the melted plastic flowing in wire form from the filter plate mounted to the extruder head.
Cooling Unit: The products coming out of the extruder head are cooled here by the long hot plastic entering directly into the pool filled with water. In cold process, the plasticized material is cooled first and then cut by pieces .
Cutting unit: cooled plastic from wire form pulled by machines to the cutting unit. The blades cut the cooled plastic material as granular.
